One of MaisonSabbatini’s partners is Papillon – a large and prestigious catering company.
One of the services we provide them is coverage of all the events they cater and creation of promotional videos.
This is the very first event I covered photographically, with Sebastiano Rossi capturing video.
Papillon had a ‘cooking challenge’ for the higher-ups of Symantec Italy, where they broke them into two teams, taught them to cook and set tables, and then left them on their own (ok, they helped a little) to prepare dinner!
I then edited the whole thing together.
Covering Papillon’s work is ridiculously interesting. Take this video, for example. They had to transform a historic milanese ice rink in a matter of an hour. First they had hundreds of chairs and a stage set up for a conference. Then, while everyone cleared the building to have an ‘aperitivo’, they completely transformed the entire place into a dinner hall and served dinner to over a thousand people.
